About the Role As a Client Services Consultant, you are the partner to advise and relieve our clients of their recruitment and capacity issues. Our client needs are constantly changing, so is our supplier network. You are able to deploy new networks to increase the chances of finding a suitable candidate. Every request is different. This requires drive, good knowledge of the industry, delivering tailor-made solutions and a service-oriented attitude. What You Will Do In your work as a Client Services Consultant, you will translate the clients requirements into a clear and straightforward story, in order to find, select and offer the best candidates to our clients via our suppliers (such as temping agencies and freelancers). You are in active daily contact with our supplier network and you are in charge of the entire recruitment process. Besides all this, you come up with fresh ideas and a surprising approach to realise our clients wishes. This way, we always have a solution for the client! Are you currently working as a recruiter or intercedent and are you ready for the next step in your career? Would you like to further develop your knowledge and skills and go deeper into the Recruitment profession? Then we are looking for you! What You Will Need You are a proactive team player with a do mentality. You are well-versed in relevant laws and regulations, developments and trends in the flex industry. You know how to bring supply and demand together, combined with a healthy dose of decisiveness and persuasiveness. You are also good at setting priorities and like to work in a well-organised way. You feel comfortable in a dynamic setting and know how to make your added value visible to our customers and network. Furthermore, you possess:

• HBO/Bachelor working and thinking level
• Minimum of 2 years work experience as an intercedent or recruiter
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
