The organization is currently in a phase of further professionalization to facilitate growth, making this an excellent opportunity for a talented Product Development Coordinator to grow with the organization in terms of role and responsibilities. Product Development Coordinator Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator (32/40 hours) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting production guidance, sample process management, and quality assurance to ensure that our products meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Support in the guidance of production by performing inspections of Pre Production Samples and approving design and logistics artwork files and labeling
• Assist in sample process management by collecting and entering article data into Its Perfect (ERP system), checking Toy Safety Directive files, and requesting test reports
• Conduct quality assurance follow-ups through quality checks on samples, conducting FRI, performing risk assessments, and handling complaints
• Maintain daily communication with suppliers, test laboratories, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and dispatch courier packages to suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders
• Contribute to sustainability projects, including Product Lifecycle Assessment and Supply Chain initiatives
• Report directly to the Logistics and Product Development & Sustainability Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Production Management, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management)
• Proven experience in a similar role within production or quality assurance
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and quality standards, especially in the toy industry, is a plus
