If youre an experienced audit professional in the Netherlands who wants to have a clear and structured career plan to make Partner, this could be the role for you. As part of our clients ‘succession planning for an upcoming retirement in 2027. Youll have a clear route to equity-Partner laid out from day one. Were working with a fast-growing, ‘mid-tier accounting firm. They have grown exponentially in their niche, which has been medium-to-large, family-owned/privately held companies (both Dutch and International). They are sector agnostic, with a wide variety of industries served, such as financial services, manufacturing, shipping, logistics, FMCG, retail, chemicals, and more. Youll spend your first year shadowing the existing Partner, building relationships with their clients. As you progress into your second year, youll take over the management of these clients as you become a Partner. With a strong emphasis on work/life balance, a young, entrepreneurial company culture, and a profit share that is very competitive, this role would be perfect for an ambitious manager or SM looking to guarantee their path the making Partner at a global firm. Youll ideally have:
  • Experience at an international accounting firm, currently working as a Director (or very experienced Senior Manager)
  • You will have completed the RA qualification
  • Fluent in Dutch
