What is your role as Test Expert at CCV?

As a Test Expert, you will analyse and run tests in the highly complex environment of payment transactions. You compare test results with expectations and analyse found deviations quickly and skilfully. You draw up test specifications so that colleagues within the (scrum) team can work with them. You also continuously monitor quality and consistency and ensure that functionality is well documented. In addition, you support the Technical Product Managers with research and analysis in the field of transaction processing. Your expertise enables you to advise colleagues on solutions for new functionalities and for solving production disturbances. As Test Expert, you are also the point of contact for functional questions from other Testers, Application managers, Developers and stakeholders outside the team, and you work closely with other colleagues within the Scrum team for this purpose. Finally, as a Test Expert, you are deployable for all common work within an agile scrum team. To further assist the fully English-speaking test team, you are fluent in English and have coordinating skills to distribute the planned work correctly within the team.

Your profile

You are a real techie who likes to take a coordinating role within the test team. You enjoy working in a (scrum) team to test offline transaction processing applications. You test software in a structured way and organise the tests in terms of functionality, technology and performance. You have good communication skills in Dutch and English and can coordinate technical work well. You find it important to keep developing yourself and seize opportunities for personal growth and training with both hands. At least HBO working and thinking level and experience or affinity with a coordination role Experience with payment transactions (preferably with the Card scheme principle) Experience with technical testing and test analysis and translating requirements into specifications Experience with test/release automation and with SQL / databases Communication skills with fluency in English and fluency in Dutch Experience with XML-based message reading and performance testing is an advantage
