Positiesamenvatting

De Field Supervisor managet een aantal toegewezen Benefit counters in Douglas filialen in Amsterdam en omgeving. Hij/zij is verantwoordelijk voor de meeste aspecten van het runnen van de counter, waaronder het aansturen van de verkoop en het leidinggeven aan ons eigen team van Beauty Consultants (in een aantal winkels).

Job responsibilities

Verkoop - stimuleren en optimaliseren

Winkelevents - organiseren en bijwonen

Management - van eigen team

Marketing / Merchandising - nieuwe lanceringen, evenementen, instore

Training - van eigen team en Douglas collegas

Profile

Competenties en kwalificaties

· 3-4 jaar retail ervaring (inclusief minimaal 2 jaar management ervaring)

· Ervaring met cosmetica (bij voorkeur)

· Bewezen verkoop- en serviceresultaten

· Bekwame computervaardigheden - Word, Excel, Powerpoint

· Vaardig in het lezen en analyseren van cijfers

· Uitstekende communicatie- en leiderschapsvaardigheden

· Bevorderen van feel good/fun omgeving voor klanten en medewerkers

· Wees gepassioneerd, leuk en vasthoudend

Must haves

· Nederlands sprekend

· Woonachtig omgeving Amsterdam

· Beschikbaar dinsdag t/m zaterdag

· In het bezit van Rijbewijs B
