Our Store Design & Visual Merchandising Team is focussing on 2 business areas. Our well-known shopping locations and also our Beauty Tech Team with focus on our newest line of business: the Mind Oasis.

We are searching a hands on and energetic team member for our Beauty Tech Department who can help us build our newest line of business: the Mind Oasis. The Mind Oasis can be found in a selection of our stores, currently in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Frankfurt and Antwerp.

As a Operations Project Specialist, you will lead and manage operational projects to ensure the successful execution of our strategies across multiple projects. At Rituals we have several maturity levels of the markets we operate in. In this role you will be focusing on the Mind Oasis project and the Genie and its app.

In this role, youll be at the forefront of driving operational excellence, leading key initiatives that enhance performance, streamline processes, and empower our frontline teams. Youll ensure that all Mind Oasis locations are equipped with the best tools to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Think global—by connecting with all Rituals Mind Oasis locations worldwide, youll identify innovative ways to optimize operations, enhance commercial tools, and drive KPIs. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless execution, continuously refining strategies based on insights to maximize efficiency and impact.

Youll thrive on supporting and executing high-impact projects, from rolling out new B2B locations to work on B2B projects. Together with the Customer Relations team, youll elevate the customer experience by refining processes and improving daily operations. Collaboration is key, as youll work closely with global stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives—ensuring lasting success.

You are not afraid to challenge existing ways of working and pro-actively contribute to further optimization of day-to-day processes and take actions to implement them.

Furthermore, you will:

• Define and Drive Success - Collaborate with the Beauty Tech team to set clear project goals, allocate resources, and create detailed plans that align with business objectives.
• Lead Operational Excellence - Oversee the execution of key initiatives, supporting teams across regions while ensuring smooth progress, removing roadblocks, and delivering results.
• Connect & Communicate - Manage stakeholder relationships, balance priorities, and provide clear updates on project milestones and commercial initiatives to local market teams.
• Optimize & Innovate - Use data-driven insights to refine processes, implement feedback, and enhance future initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Deliver & Elevate - Ensure successful project execution from start to finish, capturing key learnings and sharing outcomes to drive ongoing growth and excellence.

In this role, you work at local and global projects, supporting the department and relationships at operational level. You execute project activities independently, in collaboration with your team and your contributions significantly impact multiple areas within Rituals.

Your success is driven by your ability to balance stakeholder needs, address conflicts, and find solutions. You hold yourself and others accountable, communicate effectively with diverse audiences, and solve problems. You bring innovative ideas to the organization and plan and prioritize work to meet organizational goals.

On top of that you have:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a retail or commercial environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to manage complexity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
