As a crucial member of the Troubleshooter group, youll provide valuable second-line support, tackle challenges, and drive investigations. You will be responsible for:

• Deliver crucial second-line troubleshooting to help reduce production downtime and keep our operations running efficiently.

• Share your expertise by advising on technical disturbances, Delta-V, and system issues, contributing to our teams success.

• Collaborate with us in formal investigations to uphold product quality and compliance, ensuring we meet and exceed industry standards.

• Take part in updating procedures based on compliance and investigation findings, playing a vital role in continuous improvement.

• Facilitates the introduction of innovative systems and optimize processes, making a meaningful impact on our efficiency.

• Utilize LEAN tools to improve our troubleshooting processes, encouraging a culture of creativity and innovation.

• Gather and analyze data to support our investigations, empowering informed decision-making and driving improvements.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• A relevant MBO-3 or MBO-4 degree, or an equivalent HBO/WO education, complemented by 2-6 years of valuable experience in production processes.

• Hands-on experience with upstream and/or downstream production processes and equipment, showcasing your technical skills and expertise.

• Proficiency in MS Office, along with proven data analysis skills and specialized knowledge in business applications, enabling you to thrive in a collaborative environment.

• A genuine interest in production equipment and automation systems (such as DeltaV) that drives efficiency and innovation.

• A proactive approach to working in a GMP environment, empowering you to effectively tackle challenges and improve product quality.

• Strong decision-making capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

• The ability to work independently with confidence while also being an encouraging team player.

• A positive and resilient attitude that helps maintain a calm and productive atmosphere, even under pressure.

• A readiness to embrace shift work and on-call responsibilities, contributing to our teams success.

• Basic knowledge of LEAN principles, alongside a good command of English; proficiency in Dutch is an encouraged addition!
