About the Role

Were looking for a Digital Marketer / Growth Hacker to help us expand our online presence, optimize marketing campaigns, and drive growth through data-driven strategies.

This is a freelance contract role for an independent professional based in Brazil, working remotely with our European team.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, etc.).

• Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize results.

• Assist in managing social media accounts, create engaging content, and increase brand awareness.

• Assist in website optimization (A/B testing, landing page improvements, conversion rate optimization).

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and boost retention.

• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO.

• rack key performance metrics (CTR, CAC, LTV, etc.) and report on marketing ROI.

• Experiment with new growth strategies, tools, and tactics to drive traffic and conversions.

• Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Who You Are

✔️ 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or related roles. ✔️ Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other PPC platforms. ✔️ Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content marketing best practices. ✔️ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Hotjar. ✔️ Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). ✔️ Basic understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. ✔️ Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting and testing new ideas. ✔️ Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in an additional language is a plus ✔️ Bonus: Experience with landing page builders (Wix, Webflow etc)
