About the position

About the position

This full-time position is based in Amsterdam and requires traveling to various Mindspace sites and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

You will be proactively generating new leads through targeted outreach, while also responsible for expanding relationships with existing clients.

In this role, you will own all aspects of the sales process, from lead qualification to deal-closing and including customer success (retention & upsell).

Your proactive approach to sales and lead generation will be essential in driving growth and meeting key sales targets.

Responsibilities

Pre-sale and Sales

  • Work closely with our Real Estate Partners to ensure that Mindspace keep being one of their preferred partners
  • Qualify SMB leads - convert them to tours and closed deals (inbound & outbound)
  • Understand customer needs, ensuring that the provided solution matches their expectations across all areas - functional, service, timeline, budget, quality, etc.
  • Provide a suitable proposal offer (Office+AR), based on Mindspace guidelines
  • Follow up with the customer, maintaining a consistent, open channel
  • Work closely with the Community Manager to achieve smooth onboarding

Customer Success - Retention and Upsell

  • Analyze and optimize sales targets (Office+AR) for each SMB (remove SMB) customer
  • Execute together with the Community team a retention plan
  • Identify new customer needs and challenges as they arise, and forecast future expansion
  • Make sure any payment issues are taken care of on a monthly basis
  • Execute SMB retention plan
  • Support the Customer Experience team in terms of member support and service
Requirements:

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales (+3 years)
  • Experience in proactive sales and lead generation
  • Excellent team player
  • Extensive experience working with various companies and stakeholders
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English (Dutch language is a pre)
  • A ‘can do approach!

Critical competencies for success:

  • Multitasking is a must! You must be able to balance multiple projects at the same time and adhere to strict deadlines (strong time management skills are key)
  • Strong decision making: you need to be able to make considered, responsible decisions on a whim, when things dont go according to plan
  • Problem solving - you are a highly resourceful thinker who is quick on their feet and a fast learner
  • Ability to gain the trust and confidence of a wide range/type of customers and partners
  • Ability to work independently based on targets and goals, and raise any flags on time
  • Ability to adjust quickly to a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to plan ahead with a clear focus on execution
