For our EMEA Contact Center HERE Navigation team we are looking for a

CCC Agent English, temporary & part-time

What are your main responsibilities?

HERE Navigation is a worldwide leading company in car navigation map updates.

Your main tasks will be to assist customers with questions regarding the purchase of the correct map update for their navigation system, guide customers to where to purchase their product (online/car dealers), assist with questions regarding installation/activation of the map software, and assist with the return process of their products.

We assist customers by phone, chat and e-mail.

What are we looking for?

  • Start Date: immediately
  • Part-time, 8 hours on Fridays (0.2 FTE): Available from 9h to 18h (1 hour unpaid break, spread over the day). This position is only for the Fridays
  • English speaker. As our company language is English, we require business proficient English skills
  • Very good listening skills and empathy for the customers situation
  • Accuracy in capturing and documentation of the issue and customer data
  • Proactiveness in helping to solve costumers issue
  • Correct writing and typing skills (email/chat)
  • Technical skills to assist customers with installation/activation of map products (Level 1)
  • Process RMAs (Customer wants to return a product)
  • This position is temporary: we are looking for someone till October 2025

This job is only for Dutch residents. VOG (Verklaring omtrent Gedrag) is mandatory.

  • This is a remote position, you will be working from home. The head office is located in Apeldoorn. Laptop pick up and handover will happen personally in Apeldoorn
  • International environment with colleagues from all over Europe
  • All necessary equipment, such as laptop, software, headset, etc. to perform your task are provided by ModusLink
  • All necessary training will be provided and there is continues assistance form Team leads, Trainers and Senior Agents. Training will preferably done in Apeldoorn and during the weekdays
  • Flat hierarchies (you report to the EMEA Team Lead)
