Voor één van onze opdrachtgevers zijn we op zoek naar een medewerker Communicatie & Ondersteuning in de regio Amersfoort.

Functie omschrijving

Taken en werkzaamheden:

  • Algemene ondersteuning / administratief werk (50%)
    • Voorraadbeheer en bestellingen
    • Adressenbeheer en verzending periodieken en bestellingen
    • Aanpreekpunt vrijwilligers
    • Correctiewerk
    • Notuleren maandelijks overleg / overleg met stichting (4 x per jaar)
  • Publieksgerichte communicatiewerkzaamheden (50%)
    • Signaleren / toepassen van mogelijkheden om archeologie in Amersfoort onder een breder publiek onder de aandacht te brengen
    • Sociale media en webredactie (wekelijks)
    • Organisatie van evenementen en opendagen (incidenteel)
    • Opstellen / updaten informatiedocumenten, folders en nieuwsbrieven
    • Beheer (online) winkel (replicas en publicaties)

Functie eisen
  • Digitaal vaardig en handig met media;
  • Iemand met archeologische ervaring of tenminste affiniteit;
  • De persoon wil brede ervaring opdoen;
  • Actor-status is niet per se nodig;
  • Administratief vaardig

Startdatum: zo snel mogelijk

Duur: minimaal een half jaar met uitzicht op langer

Aantal uur per week: 18 uur, voorkeur is 4 ochtenden maar een andere invulling is ook bespreekbaar.
