We are currently seeking a Field service Engineer who will be responsible for providing remote Technical services on our Flowcytometry Product line.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• This position will be instrumental in providing a high level of support, requiring close interaction with customers and colleagues to maintain a quality service and maintain a good working relationship with the customer.
• Adhering to customer focused strategies to achieve business goals, increase customer satisfaction and position Service Support as a positive sales differentiator in an ever increasingly competitive market.
• Ensure Preventative Maintenance Inspections and modifications are completed in the specified time frames.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all paperwork and reports and maintain accurate car inventory.

The required qualifications for the job include:

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical/Electronics.
• Full Dutch drivers license
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all levels.
• Good language skills in Dutch and English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Multiple year Technical Field service experience
• German Language
• Customer facing experience
