Our mission is to reshape the B2B buying experience, and as an E-commerce customer support specialist, youll play a key role in making sure our customers get the best possible experience. Youll be joining a supportive, friendly team in a startup where every role helps shape our customers journey.
As part of our Customer Support team, youll be:
- the frontline hero, helping customers with orders, platform usage and gathering feedback to optimize our product to fit our users needs! Heres what youll be responsible for:
- Answering customer inquiries via email (ticket system) and phone to provide quick, accurate, and friendly support.
- Resolving product and service issues, offering practical solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educating users on Orderchamps platform functionality, including order management, invoicing, and platform updates.
- Escalating complex issues to other teams (Sales, Product, Finance, Tech Support) when necessary, ensuring collaboration to resolve problems efficiently.
- Staying up-to-date on marketplace changes, including new updates, technical issues, and policy changes, to provide customers with the most relevant information.
- Navigating a fast-paced environment, handling diverse customer queries with independence and confidence.
Requirements - Bachelors/Academic student, preferably in business, marketing, sales, hospitality, or similar fields.
- Available Full-time/40 hours a week
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Interest in eCommerce, retail, or wholesale is a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information as the marketplace evolves daily.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Empathy and communication skills to handle customer inquiries with patience, warmth, and professionalism.
