Senior Front-end Developer

• Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,331 and EUR 6,186 (scale 09) for a 36 hour week
• Thirteenth months salary and 8% holiday allowance

Are you an experienced Senior Front-end Developer ready to join our development team consisting of 6 Back-Enders and with your addition 2 Front-Enders? This role demands a strong front-end development background, a design-focused mindset, and a readiness to engage in both collaborative and independent tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Design and implement user interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
• Apply automation techniques to improve development and operational processes.
• Promote best practices in front-end development.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in front-end development.
• Expert-level skills in TypeScript.
• Proficiency in functional programming.
• Fluency in RxJs for data layer and UI.
• We use react but we stripped it down to our functional programming likings.
• You are an expert that knows the fundamentals.
• Strong design skills to create holistic UI journeys.
• Broad knowledge of front-end technologies such as Cypress, Jest, Marble testing, ZOD, Splunk, Split.io, etc.
• Commitment to principles over jumping on every new framework.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in pairs.
• Strong stakeholder management and soft skills.
• Team player with a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
