What is your role?**

Create and implement long-term strategies to elevate NPR categories, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Identify opportunities to expand or refine the supplier base while evaluating their performance for continuous improvement. • Proactively address supply base gaps and resolve constraints to keep operations running smoothly. Be the essential link between Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and suppliers, fostering collaboration across departments. Partner with Finance, Legal, and department heads to understand requirements and priorities, ensuring seamless alignment. Lead contract discussions with confidence, securing favorable terms, cost savings, and added value. • Represent Procurement in selecting and negotiating new equipment and capital expenditures (CapEx). Work closely with Operational Buyers and the Global Category Buyer NPR to maintain a highly efficient and effective supply chain. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring operational excellence and delivering results that matter.

Who are you?**

Your background: A bachelors or masters degree in a technical or business-related field (BSc, BEng, MSc). Your skills: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives. Expertise in supplier relationship management and the ability to drive results while nurturing partnerships. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills that inspire trust and collaboration. Your mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a win-win attitude that thrives on solving challenges. A team player who values collaboration and is passionate about driving impact. Proven ability to secure buy-in from internal stakeholders, even at the executive level. Language skills: Fluency in English is essential.
