工作內容
中央研究院關鍵議題研究中心已建立一個適合製造超導量子晶片，相關控制電路及其他量子材料元件的八吋晶圓製程無塵室，並將對外提供晶片代工服務與製程技術開發合作。為確保該製程無塵室的順利運作，本中心擬增聘一位研究技術人員，工作內容包括： 1.廠務系統與設備維護： (a) 管理廠務及製程系統運作，負責聯絡設備商，進行設備保養、汰換、升級及處理無塵室突發狀況。 (b) 監控無塵室性能，分析使用模式，優化資源配置與系統調度。 (c) 定期評估並升級無塵室及設施，提升可靠性與穩定性。 2.日常維運與成本控管：參與規劃和制定無塵室管理規範，進行穩定度檢測，並提供技術指南與培訓課程。 3.推動合作案與管理：協助洽談合作案件，收集製程平台反饋並提供支援，同時建立保護智財權措施。 4.無塵室營運規劃與推廣：負責制定無塵室的規章制度、收費標準，並規劃教育訓練和推廣活動。
應徵資格
