Organon is back! Since the summer of 2021, MSD in Oss has become Organon again. They produce medicines for women who either do or do not want to become pregnant. They do this according to very strict guidelines. Medication from Organon goes all over the world, to places where they are needed immediately. Based on your experience, you are at the starting line of this great operation, in the production of this. At Organon there is a nice and Brabant atmosphere even though it is an international company. The location is easy to reach by car and public transport!

Welcome to our team

Organon has 4 departments where medicines are produced. Our production processes are very diverse: from state-of-the-art fully automated production to manual assembly, from tableting to sterile production, from extrusion to manual visual inspection. All 4 production departments consist of about 100 employees. The departments work according to specific guidelines of the pharmaceutical industry that guarantee the quality of our products. You will be working in one of these departments.

At Organon there is a culture where everyone helps each other to provide all customers with product on time, without compromising on quality and safety. Developing employees and implementing improvement projects are important pillars of our way of working.

Its up to you:

• ensure the production process of the medicines runs smoothly
• convert production lines and check all the components you receive
• perform checks to ensure quality.
• Following work instructions.
• Solving malfunctions and maintaining the machines.

You will work at Organon preferably 40 hours per week, but 32 hours is also possible. You work in a 3- or 4-shift system, which means that evening/night shifts will be part of your job. Do you absolutely not want night shifts? Then apply as Operator Packaging or Logistics Operator, where working 2 - shifts is a possibility!

What we ask:

• At least a mbo diploma;
• You are fluent in the Dutch language in word and writing (required);
• You are communicative and flexible, eager to learn and enthusiastic;
• You have technical insight, and bring some relevant experience.
