Be a hero

Als Manager Integrale Veiligheid (VGM) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren en ondersteunen van alle teamleden, onderaannemers en leveranciers binnen ons projectteam. Je focust op het bevorderen van een integraal veiligheidsbewustzijn en draagt actief het veiligheidsbeleid uit. Je bent nauw betrokken bij het proces van Veiligheid, Gezondheid en Milieu (VGM) binnen ons managementsysteem.

  • Prioriteit geven aan veiligheid en het veiligheidsbeleid binnen de organisatie bevorderen;

  • Identificeren en beheren van risicos in samenwerking met alle disciplines;

  • Opstellen van het Integrale Veiligheidsplan en afgeleide projectdeelplannen;

  • Coördineren van calamiteitenplannen en toolboxmeetings;

  • Adviseren van het managementteam over arbeidsomstandigheden en veiligheidsaspecten;

  • Leiden van VGM-medewerkers en initiëren van veiligheidsinitiatieven;

  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de Opdrachtgever met betrekking tot VGM;

  • Ontwikkelen en adviseren over het veiligheidsprogramma van het projectteam.

Bouwstenen voor succes

  • HBO/WO-opleiding;

  • Certificering in Veiligheid voor operationeel leidinggevenden VCA-VOL en HVK, of vergelijkbaar;

  • Expertise in arbeidsomstandigheden en veiligheid op projectlocaties;

  • Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in grootschalige en/of complexe infraprojecten als kernteamlid;

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in grootschalige projecten als veiligheidscoördinator.
