As Recruiter of The Vincent Hotel Group, you will be working along your Co-Recruiter, our Human Resources Coordinators and report directly to the Cluster Director Of Human Resources. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting potential employees for the hotels. Together with your Co-Recruiter, you will be managing the multiple job portals for all 11 hotels within the platform.

Your role also consists of the following tasks and responsibilities

• Find and attract qualified applicants for open positions
• Arrange and attend job fairs
• Actively in contact with schools and educational institutions, to expand TVHG’s school network
• Manage and plan internship programs.
• Active phone screenings of potential candidates for the hotels.
• Review resumes, focusing on skills and experience
• Plan and attend job interviews with potential candidates
• Writing and posting vacancies on all job vacancy portals Of the Vincent Hotel Group
• Responsibility of Reference Checks
• Remaining up-to-date on the requirements of the various positions in the company
• Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity

TVHG operates 11 hotels in the Netherlands, all hotels are operated under franchise agreements with three globally recognized brands; Holiday Inn (1), Holiday Inn Express (8) and Hampton By Hilton (2). The 11 hotels are spread across the Netherlands, seven hotels in and around Amsterdam and 4 hotels in key regional centers in Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht and Arnhem.

All hotels are supported by a central support office which is located at Amsterdam Sloterdijk. The support office supports the hotels with HR, Finance, Revenue & Sales and Operations services.
