Join our team as a Room Service Employee and become an integral part of our hospitality team. Your role will involve order taking, food preparation, delivery, and customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience within the comfort of their room. Your Responsibilities:
  • Receive room service orders via phone, online platforms, or in-person requests.
  • Accurately record guest orders, including menu items, special requests, and delivery instructions.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of room service orders.
  • Verify the correctness and completeness of each order before delivery, including condiments, utensils, and garnishes.
  • Set up trays and dining areas in the room, providing necessary utensils, napkins, and condiments
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and food preparation.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus.
