Senior Construction Manager Shops

Your role

As the Senior Construction Manager Shops, you will manage the construction of Fastned shops across countries, ensuring all projects are delivered safely and on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This responsibility will include the tendering of local works, coordinating the building team, managing the contracts, taking care of health & safety and supervising the works. You will report directly to the Director Construction Management and work closely with the Project Manager Shops, the Program Manager Design Engineering Shops and the architect. Additionally, you will coordinate with local roll-out teams for specific project needs. In terms of our partners and contractors in construction, you are the central point of contact, responsible for tendering, contracting and supervision.

Job requirements

Your skills

• Full Dutch and English proficiency

• Drivers licence and willingness to work within the countries in which Fastned is operating stations

• A degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on retail or commercial projects

• Experience in planning, tendering and contracting construction works
