What you will do

As part of our fun and ambitious People & Culture Team, you are in contact with our Recruiters, HR, Hiring Managers, candidates and other stakeholders in the company. You will be a supporter of our Recruitment team and manage the recruitment coordination at Tiqets. Depending on interest, growth ambitions and opportunities internally, you can grow and become a Recruiter! If we’ve got your attention, here’s how you’ll spend most of your time:

Responsibilities

• Be responsible to deliver an incredible candidate experience
• Promote our Employer Brand via social media, within our job advertisements and offline
• Support the recruiters, and hiring teams with scheduling cross-department interviews (sometimes in different timezones)
• Keep track of our ATS hygiene
• Sending out assignments to candidates and monitoring the process
• Challenge the hiring team to quickly share feedback
• You are responsible for the hire package and make sure all documents required for HR purposes are complete before you do the handover to HR
• You will keep track of all vacancies
• Placing new vacancies in our ATS and having the associated process and hiring team clear
• Support the Recruitment team in interpreting data and setting up reports

Next to this, we’re working on some cool projects and depending on your interests, you can join us in:

• Raising our Employer Branding awareness through social media and bringing up creative ways to improve our presence with special content
• Driving projects and initiatives around new TA technologies
• Improving internal processes and more!

Requirements

• You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
• You are enrolled as a student for the whole period of the internship. If you are not a student we cannot proceed!
• You are available for a period of 6 months, 40 hours per week
• You are living in the Netherlands. We work from the office around 2 days a week (hybrid model)
• Being passionate about cross-cultural communication, curious and determined by nature
• A tech-savvy & eager mentality to take initiative and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• To love a good challenge, have a can-do mindset and know how to trigger people in the right way at the right time
• Strong problem solving skills, ability to prioritise and to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
