We are looking for a
CASHIER (18 hours - Den Haag)WHAT WOULD YOUR DAY TO DAY BE LIKE AT MANGO?
You will be responsible for finalizing sales in the cash desk, ensuring that an outstanding level of customer service is delivered at all times in order to gain the loyalty of customers. - Schedule flexibility required with weekends and evenings availability.
- Experience at the cash desk required.
- Ideally fluent in Dutch.
- Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities: To provide excellent customer service and offer complementary purchase options
To finalize the sale and receive payment in a quick and efficient manner
To apply the company’s Customer Service and Image Standards in order to gain the loyalty of customers
To be familiar with Mango policy regarding exchanges, returns, searches in other stores, etc. and at all times offering the appropriate additional services
To hand the customer their purchase well-presented and with the till receipt
To deal with all complaints in an efficient manner, making every effort to offer the customer a solution
To ensure the cleanliness, organization and replenishment of the cash desk
To support managers in delegated administrative tasks
Your Profile We are looking for a responsible, efficient, hardworking, and friendly person who can provide excellent customer service and a very positive image to all customers in store. Used to working under time constraints, you are able to work with accuracy and professionalism at all times. You have great communication skills, an ability to adapt your energy and speed to the needs of the customer and to deal with stressful situations.
