Let’s rewrite the rules of banking together! What you’ll do: Are you a passionate storyteller with a talent for bringing brands and products to life through content? Were in search of a Content Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, youll be the driving force behind our content strategy, shaping our messaging to effectively communicate our vision to customers at every touchpoint of their journey. Additionally, youll manage our content calendar and take the lead in developing and activating social content on a global scale. Key responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the development and activation of our global content strategy. Develop and own the yearly content calendar that creates consistency across channels & target audiences.
- Design & produce (internally and with agencies) high-quality written content, including but not limited to blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, video’s, infographics.
- Ensure content is optimised for SEO and aligns with industry best practices. Be the voice of the brand and ensure content is developed within the brand guidelines.
- Drive the brief, ideation and production of compelling (organic & paid) social media content that engages and grows our global audience.
- Utilise social media platforms to promote brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation. Deliver on KPI metrics.
- Lead, steer and work with external agencies and freelancers, ensuring they deliver high-quality content on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content efforts with overarching campaign strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Together with colleagues, foster a creative and collaborative work environment to encourage innovation and excellence based on Mambus values.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, with a background in social media management and content strategy.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content campaigns.
- Experience creating strong content for different platforms and channels with an emphasis on organic and paid content for LinkedIn
- Demonstrated experience in managing external agencies and content development teams.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Success working on cross-functional teams across global markets.
- Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with overarching business goals.
- Strong understanding of marketing and campaign strategies to drive cohesive and impactful content initiatives based on KPIs.
