Student assistant MSc Strategic Management (0.2 FTE)

The MSc Strategic Management Program is looking for a student assistant to support the Academic Director, starting September 1st, 2024. We are looking for an independent and flexible student with great attention for detail. The working hours are very flexible and will be determined in consultation with the student.

The job
The responsibilities of the student assistant will include:

• The organisation of various meetings (e.g., the sounding board) and taking minutes
• Administrative support for the Academic Director
• Facilitation of kick-off sessions for new entrants
• Assistance with the organisation of and attendance during graduation ceremonies, open days, and master experience days.
• Updating our LinkedIn group
• Managing the Canvas page for the master program

Your profile
What we are looking for:

• Minimal availability of one academic year (September 2024 - July 2025)
• A self-driven, flexible student who has great attention for detail with great soft skills
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, in oral and written communication
• Great knowledge of LinkedIn and support programs such as Canvas, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Teams, and Google Forms
• Optional: a (prospective) student of the Master Strategic Management

• 0.2 FTE (8 hours per week) position as student assistant, in principle for the period of September 1st, 2024, until July 1st, 2025.
• Start date: September 1st, 2024.
• Salary in accordance with the relevant grade for student assistants according to the collective labor agreement (CLA) Dutch Universities.
• Holiday allowance (8% in May), and end-of-year bonus (8.3% in December).
• All university employees are covered by the so-called civil servants pension fund (ABP).
