Whats in it for us?

• You have around 2 years’ experience in leading a team in a fine dine restaurant and you have a MBO 4 Hotel School degree or similar;

• You have good organizational and communication skills;
• You speak Dutch and English fluently;

What are you going to do?
In the role of Assistent Maître/ Sommelier you are the link between the kitchen and the service team, and you provide a subtle and personable service. Together with the chef and the Maître/ Sommelieri, you know how to enthuse and amaze the guests with a unique menu and exciting wine and food combinations. Your ultimate goal is for our guests to walk out the door with more than a satisfied feeling and return in the future.
