Role - Product Owner

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands

Duration: Long Term contract

• Work in a fast-paced environment developing vehicle data collection and processing solutions with cutting edge technologies to support the tremendous amount of data connected vehicles produce
• Define the product vision and roadmap for the Connected Vehicle platform
• Partners with various business and technology teams through the entire product development lifecycle, with a focus on requirement gathering and story writing
• Consistently manage the prioritization of the product backlog based on customer feedback, market changes and business priority
• Determine appropriate product release dates and content
• Develop strategies to drive user experience improvements and work cross-functionally to achieve results
• Collaborate with other product teams who depend on your team’s data & capabilities. Manage a robust “intake” process to understand vehicle data platform needs and factor those into your priorities
• Be accountable for continuously improving both the coverage and quality of the vehicle data we’re ingesting.
• Drive vehicle data insights that can be surfaced both internally and to customers, including support for predictive maintenance models and other use cases that combine vehicle data and machine learning.
• Collaborate with Engineering to drive the team’s quarterly release plans and long-term roadmap.

Your Skills & Abilities:

• 7+ years experience in product owner or equivalent role. A proven track-record of delivering outstanding results for customers & the business, managing significant complexity and bold timelines. You also have a bias-to-action and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Can set and balance priorities efficiently
• Solid Understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Ability to advocate for data consumers and ensure efficiencies of implementation across groups / departments
• Works independently and in a self-organized, multifaceted team environment. Can guide team discussion for product and team improvement across a wide variety of personality types.
• Positive relationship building skills, including the ability to relate constructively to all levels of the organization
• Experience working in the telematics and/or automotive space is a must
• Technical familiarity with automotive communication protocols and vehicle onboard diagnostics systems.

Education:

4-year College degree preferably in computer science, Computer or Electrical engineering, information systems or project management or equivalent relevant experience. Master’s degree preferred

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of applications, processes, and configurations, and generate regular reports to communicate performance, issues, and improvements to stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
