Senior change consultant- Future Ready Transformation Office

Do you want play a leading role in the execution of the NN Group wide transformation in the coming years? We are looking for a senior change consultant who is able to steer the NN Group wide strategic direction for the years to come. Like many companies, NN Group is focused on digital transformation. In this respect, we developed an extensive programme, called ‘Future Ready‘. The overall direction of the journey we embarked on is clear, but no doubt there will be changes and challenges during the execution of our plans - which you will be guiding. What you are going to do You will be in charge of the execution of NN’s Group wide transformation for the coming years. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Having a leading role within the programme management office (PMO), focused on making NN future ready
• Track and report on progress in both OKRs as well as KPIs in each of the workstreams in the Future Ready programme
• Set up Obeya / Resolution room to steer from (on progress and on impact) and to manage impediments
• Step in and remove obstacles if the progress of an initiatives is hampered
• Create frequent meeting rituals in which dilemmas are dealt with at the right level of the organisation, and implement this properly within the organisation
• Prepare updates for the Management Board (MB) and Supervisory Board (SB)
• Focus on prioritised delivery (on value) of the Future Ready programme
• Create and manage rituals in which difficult choices / dilemmas are coming to the surface, and in which resources spend versus expected value are being challenged across NN

• Salary between €7.059,- and €10.085,- depending on your knowledge and experience. This is based on a 40-hour work week

Who you are

• A senior consultant with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of strategy consultancy, strategic transformation and/or change management within the financial industry, and proven ability to combine strategic vision with a high level of execution
• Experience or strong affinity with the ins and outs of an insurance company
• An approachable personality and stakeholder manager, who enjoys collaboration and is able to open doors and successfully build and manage relationships and networks
• Strong ability to work and communicate with diverse groups of stakeholders in different cultural, functional and geographical boundaries (preference for candidates with international working experience)
• A very structured professional, with a strong business acumen and ‘can-do’ mentality
• Preferred experience within consultancy (setting up several project management offices)
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
