Would you like to bring a creative spark to the world of Human Resources? As a Human Resources Intern you can! Thereby you are part of the day to day administration within the Human Resources department, providing a courteous, efficient and welcoming service to all stakeholders, internal and external. We are looking for a Human Resources Intern:
- Who is (partly and under supervision) point of contact for the Human Resources Support Centre department, managers and team members regarding questions about HR processes and administration
- Who ensures all on boarding processes and documents are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
- Who is (partly and under supervision) responsible for all administration within the Human Resources Support Centre department, whereby a timely, efficient and accurate service is provided. All contracts extensions are handled within a reasonable timeframe
- Who supports the HRSC Manager and HR Administrator in ensuring the HR systems are used correctly, being able to conduct basic maintenance and resolve first line issues
- Who is able to assist in the co-ordination and execution of recruitment events, including career fairs, open days etc.
- To promote the HR department in a professional manner at all time, maintaining discretion and confidentially

- Who has a good command of the English and Dutch language and excellent interpersonal, communication skills
- Who is available for an internship with a length of 6-12 months
