Junior Controller

Retailors, a subsidiary of Fox Group (9,000+ employees globally) - is a leading, fast growing retailor,
specializing in the sports, athleisure segment and is a global partner of choice to operate Nike retail
locations in Europe, Canada and Israel.

Position Overview:

The Junior Controller role will be required to play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of the company, contributing to the maintenance of accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. The responsibilities will include assisting with financial reporting, analyzing financial data, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborating closely with senior finance professionals, you will gain valuable experience in financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of quarterly consolidated IFRS reporting.
• Leading statutory and tax filings of multiple countries across Europe.
• Overseeing monthly close procedures.
• Coordination with Group and statutory auditors.
• Support the analysis of financial data and performance metrics.
• Contribute to the annual budget and quarterly forecast.
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
• Perform internal controls in line with SOX requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives.
• Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as required.

Education, Skills, Knowledge:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• RA/CPA/ACCA/CA/AA or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with NetSuite - a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior internship or work experience in BIG 4 - a plus.
• Fluent in English and preferably French speaking.
