We’re searching for a Construction Manager to help us further expand in the Netherlands and build our charging stations there. You will join a growing team in the Construction Management department of Fastned.

Together with +200 colleagues spread across Europe (35 nationalities and counting), we have big plans: we are building a Europe-wide network of 1,000 beautiful fast-charging stations where electric drivers can charge their cars with energy from the sun and wind. Your Role

As the Construction Manager for the Netherlands, youll be an integral part of our experienced and international team tasked with deploying our charging locations. Working closely with the expansion team, architects, and project managers, youll oversee the entire construction process, from site investigations and planning to contract negotiations, site supervision, and quality control. Your role will involve hands-on management of construction projects across the Netherlands, ensuring the delivery of high-quality charging stations. Expect to spend a significant amount of time on the road and visiting construction sites to supervise projects firsthand.

New to electric mobility? No problem! As part of your onboarding, youll participate in a series of engaging workshops to familiarize yourself with electric mobility and fast charging infrastructure.

• Holds a degree in a technical field, preferably with expertise in architecture, electrical engineering, or civil engineering

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, ideally in client management or construction contracting

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and project management skills help you to manage a number of projects and stakeholders in parallel;

• An eye for detail and commercial judgment lead to high-quality standards

• Possession of a valid drivers license

• Fluent in Dutch and business-level English
