What you’ll do & Who you are The Product and Tech (P&T) Academy at Adevinta is dedicated to fostering the development of our P&T workforce within the largest group of second-hand online marketplaces. Our mission is to empower individuals in Product, Engineering, Data, and Machine Learning roles by providing comprehensive learning experiences tailored to their needs. You will report into the Head of P&T Academies and Communities and we ask that you are at the office 75% of the time. You are comfortable with traveling for work. As a Learning Program Manager within the P&T Academy, you will design and implement learning and development initiatives aimed at onboarding and nurturing talents across Adevintas Product and Tech teams. You will create and iterate upon engaging learning journeys that enable our employees to excel and evolve. Collaboration with teams across regions will be important to ensure alignment and effectiveness while respecting local brand identities. This is a hybrid role and you would join our team approximately three times a week in our office at Amsterdam Amstel station. What youll do:

• Collaborate with teams such as Product, Tech, Machine Learning, and Data to design and enhance learning programs tailored to the needs of our talent pool.
• Oversee the evolution of team programs, facilitating education and skills training to support rapid ramp-up, quality maintenance, and efficiency improvement.
• Curate educational materials, coordinate in-person and online training sessions, and organise events and cohorts to facilitate learning.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
• Implement scalable learning delivery methods to reach and benefit a diverse workforce spread across the globe.

Who you are:

• A collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills and experience in driving impactful outcomes.
• Possess over 3 years of program management experience in a tech company that works on a global scale.
• Experienced in learning and development, including design, facilitation, and team-wide soft skills training.
• Clear communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to navigate diverse perspectives.
• You have experience working with Product and Tech teams.
• Fluent in English with full professional proficiency, both written and verbal.
