What will you do as a HR Application Specialst
In this role you will be a key player in optimizing and innovating our local HR systems and processes. Reporting to the System & Solutions Team Lead, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth HR system experience for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership: Lead functional improvements for multiple HR systems.
- Incident & Ticket Coordination: Proactively manage incidents, tickets, and upgrades.
- Interface Management: Oversee interfaces, resolving issues efficiently.
- Business Liaison: Act as an intermediary between business needs and Global HR System teams.
- Project Leadership: Lead technical projects, including HR system implementations.
Are you the HR Application Specialist who completes our team?
We are looking for a seasoned Application Specialist to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam (Schiphol Office). We need someone who is not only passionate about optimizing and innovating our local HR systems and processes but also possesses a keen eye for efficiency and excellence.
- Education: Higher vocational/academic degree.
- Experience: 6+ years in technical HR systems.
- Skills: SAP, SuccessFactors, Power BI, and interfaces.
- Languages: Dutch and English fluency.
