The IT Category is part of the Global Indirect Procurement Team and team up very closely with the Global IT organization. The IT organization is a great community of global geeks.

IT purpose is to inspire and empower Danone through the world of tech,to enable sustainable & profitable growth and efficiency for Danone, inline without Danone One Planet.One Health vision. IT visionis that, by2025, technology is a strategic differentiator for Danone, powered by an IT agile organization.

You will work in close cooperation with the Global Danone IT Organization (through the DanIS central and regional IT organizations) to cover Danone Business requirements in terms of IT Infrastructure for the 100 000 Danoners around the globe. The following key areas of the spend: Cloud Service provider, Data Center, Network, Hardware, Telecommunication, Managed & Support Services, IT security and Data.

In this role you will be responsible for the Sourcing & Contracting for various IT Services from Helpdesk to Network Suppliers.

You will support various key initiatives, aligned with the IT strategy and roadmap in close corporation with IT & Business stakeholders. You animate your network to support RFQ projects assigned to you.

Other important responsibilities are:

• Deliver sustainable productivities and cash improvement
• Sourcing and benchmark suppliers through RFP and negotiations, for SaaS & System Integrators.
• Deliver state of the art IT Infrastructure Contracts, adding value by creating smart KPIs and continuous improvement spirit
• Define, follow-up and monitor performance of the global preferred Suppliers.
• Off course you will have a target on savings.

You have a strong IT background & knowledge and relevant experience in various IT categories and also having built or interested to strengthen your procurement functional fundamentals (tender process, negotiation skills, contracting, implementation).

We are also expecting you to demonstrate your knowledge on delivering IT contracts and your awareness of the various typical IT KPIs & IT clauses. You will share with us your deep knowledge on Infrastructure components such as hardware components, including servers, storage devices, networking equipment, and other related technologies, with a special focus on Network, IT Security, virtualization, data center and EDI.

You know how to engage, onboard, and manage stakeholders and how to be political savvy when getting things done. You know to lead all aspects of a project and turning innovative ideas into reality excites you.

In addition, you have:

• Autonomy & agility to manage multiple initiatives/projects in parallel

• Strong negotiator, able to lead complex RFQ deals and agreements

• Adaptable & experience in working in an international environment

• Business acumen & results oriented

• Solid written and oral communication skills

• Experience in working remotely with IT business partners

• BA or equivalent in business or a technical discipline

• Master’s Degree in procurement desirable

• At least 7 years of relevant IT sourcing professional experience with minimum 3 years in Infrastructure area

• Fluent in English
