Were searching for someone to assist our team with important administrative tasks that dont require deep supply chain expertise but are essential for our operations. In this role, youll work closely with our EMEA Planning Team to learn about our supply chain processes. Youll get hands-on experience with various tools we use every day, like Oracle, to handle customer orders and inventory. If youre interested, well introduce you to these tools and provide support. Responsibilities:
Admin related tasks (all will be explained and trained)

Morning update of several reports (hit “refresh” button and wait)

Update of supplier backlog tracker

Stock allocation on customer orders (based on inputs from planners)

ASN creation using i-Supplier

Inventory receipts check

Strong communicator, both written and verbal, comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization. Fluency in English is essential.

Ability to absorb and distill large amounts of information, identifying critical points for action.

Demonstrates a sense of urgency, taking responsibility and ownership of tasks.

Enjoys problem-solving and actively seeks solutions rather than making excuses.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment where quick decisions are necessary.

Preferably available for full-time in-office work, starting at 8:30 am.

Enrolled at a Dutch university for the duration of the internship.
