Artefact Benelux is looking for an ambitious Senior Programmatic Display Consultant to lead our programmatic display & video offering in our Utrecht office.

The role

You are part of the overall Digital & Data Marketing team, and a key player in the Programmatic Display & Video team. Together you deliver best-in-class media strategy, audience management and innovative campaigns across display and video platforms.

You are responsible for driving branding and performance outcomes for our national and international clients together with the broader paid media team and client strategist. As a local Google Marketing Platform reseller, our business has a strong relationship with Google and detailed knowledge of the Google Tech Stack. We run great campaigns but are also happy to onboard clients into the GMP platform and consult them on best-in-class set-up, media & audience strategy and deliver support for their in-house team.

Next to working with Google tech stack such as Google Display Ads, DV 360, CM 360 and GA 360 we work with local publishers and other programmatic display solutions. Artefact is tool and publisher agnostic and always looking for the best results for our clients.

What you will be doing

  • Identify customer objectives and translate into communication and online marketing strategy (media mix, KPI setting, mediaplan)
  • Build and implement programmatic display & video strategy (on and/or campaign driven)
  • Client lead activities such as client relationship management
  • Advice on display and video in the total brand & performance marketing strategy
  • Manage audiences & publishers & DSPs such DV 360, Google Display/Video Ads, Amazon DSP and publishers (DPG, RTL etc)
  • Manage day to day programmatic display campaigns for your client and directly exchange with them. You will be the clients main point of contact!
  • Give operational recommendations (e.g. budgets, frequency, audiences)
  • Develop and guide junior/medior display specialist
  • Elaborate on detailed reporting and analysis in DV 360, CM 360, Amazon DSP and present the results to your client in a wider media strategy context
  • Share and exchange with the display team on your work and be a referent on your topics
  • Onboard clients on Google Marketing Platform. Provide support on account creation and integration of GMP into the broader digital ecosystem

Your Skills

  • You have at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position ideally within an online advertising agency.
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of programmatic display concepts (Budgets, Bids, Landscape, KPIs, Floodlights, Audiences etc.) and interfaces (Google Display ads, DV360, Campaign Manager 360)
  • Knowledge of the publisher and DSP environment in Netherlands
  • Good skills in Google Analytics and data visualisation in Excel, Looker Studio or other
  • Knowledge of attribution and tracking principles (CM 360, GA 360, Facebook etc)
  • Understanding of possibilities and limitations of DMP and CDP concepts.
  • Excellent communication and synthesis skills (written & oral), mastery of MS Office (PPT, Excel)
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
