Modeling cloud (fullstack) developer 32-40 hours per week, hybrid in Venlo (NL)
What You Will Do You will be part of a new software development and integration project that will drive the digital transformation of product development in our company. In this project, we are developing the technological foundation that brings together various modeling-related activities in R&D, such as physics and architecture modeling, data analysis, and high performance computing.
The form of this technological foundation is an infrastructure that connects various sources of models and data, with the goal to enable on-demand creation of digital twins to support research and product development.
As modeling cloud (fullstack) developer, you will be responsible to realize an important part of this infrastructure (the modeling cloud) which provides a one-stop-shop at the front-end for our researchers and developers to do all needed digital twinning activities and a (micro)service collection in the backend to provide integration and an execution platform of various computational and data analysis applications.

We’re looking for a strong team player who has:

• Master’s degree in software development or a similar subject, with strong affinity for fullstack development
• Medior to experienced programmer, preferably with work experience
• Fast learner, pragmatic, and agile mindset
• Thinks on conceptual level
• Synergy- and re-use mindset
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
• High-performance compute knowledge, DevOps/GitOps, Java is a plus
