We’re looking to hire an Assistant Process Support in our Client Service Desk team who will be onboarding new services and products and coordinating our support tools for our communication channels. You are our ideal candidate if you have a strong drive to continuously improve our work processes and to increase our customer intimacy.
In this role you report to the head of Operational Delivery Management within the entity equensWorldline NV.
About the team
As Client Service Desk we take ownership of client topics, we are committed to continuous improvements, and we are all team players. Our Client Service Desk team in total consists of 6 enthusiastic and customer driven service professionals. Communication is key, and we will not rest before the job is done.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include
- Act as a focal point for our current and future communication channels
- Provides advice on (new) process design and the description of processes, develops test cases and instructs employees on project implementation
- Monitors the implementation of the processes, identifies any deviations/discrepancies and notifies the team manager, submits proposals for optimisation and adapts operating instructions
- Reviews project information and the operating processes arising therefrom for their own team and the team of Project Managers.
- Monitors the execution of our operational processes including SLA performance meetings
- Provides support, knowledge and steering to our service desk agents regarding our daily business
- Organizes, supervises and monitors the ‘four-eyes principle’ checking process and perform specific random checks

- Are highly interested on how to improve processes and procedures by new techniques such as AI and bring this to a new level
- Have good communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization (written and verbal)
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Have knowledge and a natural interest in the world of payments and IT
- Experience in continuous process improvement and strong analytical skills
- In addition tangible experience in dealing with b2b clients
