Job Description

We are looking for an experienced RECRUITER in Rotterdam to support our Process Industry team in the planned growth.

Our organization is mainly involved with different scale engineering projects for chemical & biorefining, pulp and paper, and mining industries. We are usually doing projects from concept studies to plant start-up together with other AFRY units.

Your responsibilites:

  • Execution of recruitments
  • Sourcing and attracting the best candidates by using various methods and tools, including direct and executive Search, databases, social media etc.
  • Establishing and maintaining good business relations with the internal client and candidates
  • Drafting recruitment advertisements, monitoring and completing the electronic candidate database
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Independently conducting recruitment projects
  • Preparation of reports on Candidate profiles
  • Maintaining positive relations with Candidates

Qualifications

The person we are looking for has:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the area of recruitment (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Good knowledge of social media channels, especially LinkedIn
  • Ability to discover talent in candidates (we cant wait to see what talent we discover in you!)
  • Goal-oriented attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic market environment
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Dutch and English
  • Independence, insight and openness to daily challenges
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Higher education (we are also open to you if you are still studying)
