We’re a high-growth scale-up seeking a talented Email Marketing Intern who is looking to gain hands-on experience in CRM and email marketing for a B2B scale-up!

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive student to join our team in Amsterdam as our new Email Marketing Intern. Energy is important! We’re not looking for the finished product, but someone with all the right ingredients to become a talented marketeer.

During your internship, you’ll work side-by-side with our Email Marketing Specialist to build email campaigns and newsletters in HTML/CSS from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include transforming our communication strategies into valuable and engaging emails to our base of retailers and brand partners. We send a lot of emails, so you’ll get to learn how to craft everything from an event newsletter, to a cart follow-up, to educational emails that help our retailers be more successful.

By the end of your internship, you’ll be able to confidently code and schedule emails that drive specific business-related objectives. You’ll also be able to make sense of the most important email metrics, know how to A/B test email content, and code emails for different clients like Outlook & Gmail.

Requirements:

• You’re an academic (HBO/WO) student;
• You know how to code content with HTML/CSS;
• Preferably experience working with an email marketing software (e.g. Mailchimp, Hubspot, Klaviyo)
• Great time management & organisational skills;
• Detail-oriented, creative and curious.
• C2 level in English;

You will:

• Create emails and newsletters with HTML/CSS;
• Be an ambassador of the Orderchamp brand identity;
• A/B test automated emails optimising for conversion or engagement;
• Implement emails in 4 different languages (English, Dutch, German and French);
• Track key email metrics.
