POSITION: CHEF DE PARTIE

Location: AMSTERDAM

Salary: depends on experience (from 2300 euros per month)

Working hours: 38 - 40 per week

Type of cuisine: Dutch, European + restaurant is Vegetarian

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (level B2)
  • Ability to think outside the box and add a touch of uniqueness
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Well-rounded, hands-on, reliable team player with proven ability to supervise
  • In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
  • A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Lead by example and operate with integrity and respect
  • Understanding of professional cooking and banquet production
  • Possess a broad knowledge of cuisine styles and understand and embrace current trends and styles

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Preparation and cooking of food
  • Ensure that all food is always freshly prepared and on time
  • Ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity
  • Balancing high volume with high quality
  • Delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests
