Role description
Your main job is to produce the raw materials that form the basis of our client’s pharmaceutical products. These raw materials serve as the initial step in the production process. They are subsequently sent to the fill-finish department where they are transformed into the final pharmaceutical product. Your work is crucial because the quality of the raw materials you produce directly impacts the quality of the final product delivered to the customers. By performing your job well and meticulously following procedures, you help ensure that the medicines our client produces are safe, effective, and meet all necessary standards.

Responsibilities
-Set up and start up equipment/processes as per cleanroom SOPs and cGMP.
  • Dispense, compound, and filter sterile products.
  • Assist in basic equipment maintenance as directed by the Engineering team.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and promote good working practices to prevent accidents/incidents.
  • Report instances of non-conformance to the management team.
  • Ensure accurate completion of batch records and associated manufacturing documentation in line with SOPs and cGMP regulations.
Requirements
-Strong technical acumen and problem-solving abilities applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in communication, either in Dutch or English, with a willingness to enhance Dutch language proficiency if necessary.
  • Skilled in collaborating within an operations team environment.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.
