Functieomschrijving Roles and Responsibilities
As a 3D Measurement Technician you are the heart of the organization. You program the measuring machine to then measure the high-tech products. Your challenge lies in supporting and advising colleagues in production to produce a high-quality product that meets the precision requirements and wishes of our high-tech customers. You are steadfast and reliable because you stand behind the measurements you have made and are an important link to our customers. At our client they work with Zeiss 3D measuring machines and use the Calipso software program. Never worked with it before? No problem, well teach you! The variety in the position lies in working with many different products. As a 3D Measurement Technician you work on almost 80% of the products that are made here.
Concrete this means:
- You program and perform complex measurements with Zeiss 3D measuring machines;
- You perform other measurements such as: roughness, optical, manual measurements, etc.;
- You check whether the products meet the stated specifications;
- You monitor quality and continuity;
- You prepare measurement reports;
- You discuss the deviations with the professionals, work preparation and group leaders;
- You are responsible for the registration of rejections in the quality information system;
- You manage the measurement data for analyses.

- Professionals with a completed MBO (level 4) education in the field of precision mechanics / mechanical engineering;
- Professionals who have experience in an advisory role, are communicative and reliable;
