Sr Manager, People Solutions Services EMEA

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The People Solutions Services Senior Manager (EMEA) is responsible for the way our Nike Teammates experience Tier 1 HR support. We are looking for a leader for our team of HR advisors that counsel our Teammates and Leaders through the moments that matter in their career journey at Nike. Moments include guidance on HR policies and procedures, benefits, performance management processes, compensation questions, HR systems support, onboarding/offboarding, and advising on other general HR issues.

This leader partners across HR (e.g., People Solutions, COEs, Business HR, etc.) to sense insights about our regional populations and advises on how we should build our HR policies, processes, and programs - ensuring that we provide an elevated experience for our Nike Teammates.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role you will work as part of the Nike HR People Solutions and Teammate Experience Delivery teams, and it is required to work collaboratively across other HR teams, groups, and functions to ensure smooth delivery and support of HR procedures and policies. This includes leading and representing the EMEA People Solutions Services Advisory Team in day-to-day operational service delivery, working with project and program teams to implement new HR policies and processes and partnering with global and regional People Solutions leaders and teams to ensure global standards and consistency.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Guide and champion, a team of Supervisors and Advisors through day-to-day HR service delivery - including ongoing changes to HR policies, processes, and projects.
• Use of data to analyze team performance and trends; understand areas in need of improvement and build potential solutions.
• Advise People Solutions leadership on service delivery performance and ongoing GEO trends.
• In partnership with other leaders across HR, lead the Teammate experience and advocate for changes required across HR processes and policies to support improved experiences for Nike Teammates.
• Serve as a Change Leader by championing innovation and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Foster a culture of high performance and career progression to develop future Nike HR leaders.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Direct experience leading a fast-paced HR service support team.
• Experience leading teams while navigating in a fast-change, continuous improvement environment.
• Solid customer service, communication, and listening skills with a broad business audience.
• Proven experience with leading operational functions and optimizing processes.
• Outstanding customer focus and ability to identify and implement improvements to HR service support methods.
• Ability to partner with the global Advisory leader to implement and adapt the HR Advisory strategy in EMEA - while maintaining global consistency.
• This role requires expertise in unique legal requirements and builds processes to ensure local compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Strong mentorship and coaching capability to develop talent; ability to motivate and drive teams.
• Analytical approach and ability to spark data-informed brainstorming.
