People Consultant

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Candidates will typically have 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns.
  
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
  
• Experience with data, analysis, trends, and reports.
  
• Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently to support local Googlers.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in HR with a Business Partner, Generalist, or consulting/legal background.
  
• Ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems for reporting.
  
• Excellent investigative, problem-solving and consulting skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our product area and functions are receiving the expert HR advice that they need from the broader EMEA people consultant organization, while ensuring that business-critical information is understood as required. You will provide timely and actionable insights to leaders that transform Googler experience. Youll be an advocate of Googles culture and values, while leading a team of experts in leadership, team effectiveness and insights. You will deploy Leadership, Team, and Organizational Efectiveness (LTOE) lines of service at scale, offering robust and holistic support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve Human resources (HR) policies and propose solutions to improve inconsistent HR policies and gaps.
  
• Triage inquiries and connect employees to the right subject matter expert when necessary.
• Assist people partners with planning and roll-out of HR programs and initiatives.
  
• Advise on performance management issues and lead minor investigations and reorganizations.
  
• Provide HR support and consultation to the business, answering employee and manager queries about HR programs, policies and other HR-related topics.
