Game Developer Support Coordinator

Do you have a killer eye for detail and love playing games? At Poki, our vision is to let the world play by creating the ultimate online playground. These games are created by our thriving global game developer community of over 400 game developer teams.
As a Developer Support Coordinator, you’ll sit within our developer support team which is responsible for making sure all games that are released on Poki are perfectly suited for our playground. That means working closely with game developers to instruct and support them on how to optimize their game for web and our players, integrate our SDK, and more. Your ability to thoroughly test on multiple devices and report on multiple games a day will help the team drastically scale the great games we offer.

Your challenge

• Play games, like a lot. You’ll be responsible for working on and testing some of the world’s biggest games before they are released on web
• Contribute to our game developer documentation in a way that will be understood by creators from multiple countries
• Contribute to our quality assurance and testing processes to make sure we’re able to efficiently scale the amount of games we work with
• Set and constantly elevate the quality standard for games on our platform thereby maintaining our platform’s position as the #1 destination for games on web

You

• Are a perfectionist, super multitasker, and have an incredible eye for detail
• Have experience with QA or testing of digital products
• Have a basic understanding of UX principles and can apply them to web games
• Can handle critical feedback and apply it to subsequent work and decisions
• Are a clear and concise writer who can convey complex ideas in a simple way
• Can work in an organized and self-sufficient manner
• Are fluent in English and already based in the Netherlands, preferably in or around Amsterdam
• Preferably have an internship or 1-year of proven experience at a tech or games company

Bonus Experience

• Any game development experience
• Basic knowledge of javascript, HTML, CSS
• Any graphic design or animation skills
• General familiarity or interest in the gaming industry
