Uitvoeren van alle werkzaamheden en activiteiten binnen, buiten en rondom het magazijn
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
o Zorgdragen voor ontvangst van alle goederen en materialen (zowel fysiek als administratief).
o Het in ontvangst nemen en verzendklaar maken van verkooporders en de daarmee verbonden administratieve afhandeling.
o Reguliere contacten met de vervoerders voor het aanmelden van exportzendingen, met de daarbij behorende administratieve handelingen.
o Verantwoordelijk voor nauwkeurig voorraadbeheer door middel van voorraadtellingen en een goed automatisch systeem.
o Verantwoordelijk voor het juiste moment ophalen en afleveren van goederen bij de diverse afdelingen binnen de organisatie met bijbehorende administratie
o Verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig bijvullen van alle PRO locaties met de juiste hoeveelheden en materialen met de bijhoren administratie
o Zorgdragen voor een netjes en georganiseerd magazijn, met inachtneming van de GMP-regels en handelen volgens het FIFO/FEFO systeem.
o Het toepassen van de EHS(Environment Health & Safety) regels in en om het magazijn.
o Verantwoordelijk voor het veilig omgaan en werken met transportmiddelen (reachtruck, elktrische pompwagen, schaarpompwagens, pompwagens en stapelaar) binnen de afdeling en daar omheen.
o Op tijd voldoen van alle trainingen.
o Support en leid, waar nodig continue verbetering projecten in het magazijn.
o Ondersteunen van diverse projecten en verbeteringen van andere afdelingen en functies waar nodig.
o Indien van toepassing, “Faciliteren en uitvoeren van het Record Management Programma volgens procedures en aanverwante Record Management documentatie voor Mentor Leiden
o Het volgen van bedrijfsrichtlijnen met betrekking tot EHS en zorgen dat alle materialen en gereeschappen beschikbaar en in goede staat verkeren, waar nodig.
o Voldoen aan (inter)nationale, provinciale, regionale en bedrijfsregulaties, beleid en procedures.
o Uitvoeren van inspecties rondes op maandelijkse basis.
o Andere taken, wanneer nodig
Qualifications
VMBO diploma + opleiding reach truck chauffeur (Wenselijk)
Magazijn / Distributie / Logistieke ervaring wenselijk.
