The Role
What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?
As a Client Services Manager you’ll develop in-depth strategic partnerships with key client stakeholders and manage a team to deliver recruitment excellence across the EMEA region. You will support the Senior Manager in driving the achievement of the business area’s commercial and people strategy; managing their team to fulfil all contractually agreed quality thresholds.
Key Accountabilities - Provides complex case management and act as the key point of contact for relocating employees and hiring managers.
- In partnership with our immigration firm, support immigration case life-cycle management for foreign national employees. This includes working closely with foreign national candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders to provide guidance, support escalations and day to day program management support.
- Collaborate with key partners within the company on overall coordination of the Global Mobility Program (i.e., Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, Total Rewards, Legal, Payroll, Tax, Finance).
- Partner with external tax provider to manage the tax rulings applicable to the Netherlands.
- Articulate complex relocation scenarios including intl tax and immigration factors and provide practical, simplified solutions for the employee and/or business.
- Provide thoughtful, holistic, timely and reliable relocation program guidance to recruiters, HRBPs, business managers and other key internal stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to interpret policy, provide options and recommend solutions.
- Partner with global and local vendors, monitor performance and ensure compliance with clients policy and local laws and regulations.
Skills & Experience - Strong experience Global Mobility experience with a focus on the Netherlands.
- In depth knowledge of global mobility processes including tax services, immigration, payroll, and the relocation life cycle.
- Excellent learning agility and emotional intelligence, able to be empathetic to situations you may have never directly experienced.
- Exceptional communication skills and an above average ability to translate mobility concepts to others, with impeccable customer service skills, positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and multi-task in a high paced environment.
- Experience exercising judgment and independently determine and take appropriate action within the construct of global mobility policies and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in situations involving change, shifting priorities and ambiguity.
