Job Description:

• Lead one or multiple incoming and/or outgoing process(es) and corresponding team(s);
• Ensure KPIs are met according to customer expectation;
• Plan resources to ensure positive logistic workflow
• Pro-active approach in case of any deviations;
• People management;
• Coaching team members;
• Annual performance reviews;
• Omission guidance & (holiday) resource planning;
• Drive continuous improvement within assigned process(es);
• Daily reporting of results & analysis for improvement;
• Ensure standardization of process(es) and follow-up of Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions;
• Maintain compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines;

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role in a logistic environment;
• Application of LEAN tools in daily business;
• Strong communicative and analytical skills.

What we offer:

• Minimum salary of € 52.000,- gross per year including 8% holiday pay (grading based on knowledge and experience);
• Bonus target 10% of annual salary (including holiday pay);
