A key responsibility is to ensure the timely delivery of order volumes for various markets, thereby enhancing customer experience and ensuring adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for this role are:

Hub Operations and Cost Management:

• End-to-end responsibility for managing the Hubs operational and financial performance.
• Ensure daily capacity and flexibility are available in the Hub by providing forecasts to the Hub LSP.
• Act as a key interface to achieve goals set by Market Operations and Business Units.
• Responsible for end-to-end Hub processes, maintenance of work instructions, and business continuity plans.
• Define and enforce Hub performance requirements towards LSP, including performance objectives, on-time deliveries, inbound lead time, picking accuracy, and inventory accuracy.
• Responsible for total cost management and validation of monthly Hub LSP invoice submissions.
• Analyze and identify contributing cost drivers, implementing improvements within the Hub or recommending changes.
• Ensure cost efficiency by constantly monitoring and improving the Hubs operational processes together with the LSP.
• Responsible for internal and external on-time financial and business reporting per published schedules.
• Contribute to LSP contract and pricing negotiations with Global Procurement Logistics Sourcing.
• Moderate cooperation between Hub and Transportation LSPs.
• Responsible for Customer Complaint Management.
• Ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Integration Center.

Logistics Service Provider (LSP) Management:

• Set clear targets for the LSP to improve performance, including cost efficiency, service level, and other performance-related targets.
• Define, develop, and implement Hub metrics, following up on service and performance levels and initiating corrective actions based on performance metrics.
• Ensure the LSP receives all necessary information and training about Nokia, processes, and tool infrastructure.
• Ensure commitment to common goals with the LSP.
• Provide necessary competencies: product and process knowledge, SAP knowledge.

Process Management:

• Develop and define Nokia processes related to the Hub, including supplier deployment, SAP processes, TMS processes, allocation processes, delivery processes (replenishment, inbound, and outbound), and return processes.
• Coordinate and communicate transformational project activities.
• Establish and use an escalation process in Hub operations to ensure the performance level.
• Build active networking with LSP, Global Procurement Logistic Sourcing team, Global Logistic team, Material Execution team, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS Skills

The critical skills required to be successful in this role are:

• Competencies in warehouse and hub management, costing, and pricing.
• Demonstrated track record of success in delivering key strategic projects.
• Understanding of LSPs (Logistics Service Providers) and logistics partners.
• Experience in team leadership and line management.
• Strategic and detail-oriented thinking.
• Strong networking and influencing skills.
• Understanding of customer/project business in the telecom industry.
• Experience with Lean/Kaizen methodologies.
